We cater each kiddo visit based on their familiarity with our team and office and ensure that parents and kids are comfortable. If the kids do happen to need any restorative treatment and might be a little anxious, we have options with sedation (laughing gas) that is really safe for kids!

Extractions
When a tooth can no longer be saved, an extraction may be the only alternative. The team at Yankee Springs Dental has experience with extractions of varying difficulty, most of which can be done in office, even SAME DAY. Sedation (laughing gas) can also be provided for those who are understandably nervous about getting a tooth pulled. Just know that our team is extremely talented, thoughtful, and kind during one of the more anxious experiences you may face.
Implants
Implants are a great option for tooth replacement after a dental extraction. Implants are often referred to by patients as "posts" or "screws". After an implant is fully "integrated" a crown can be placed on top of it in order to look and feel just like a natural tooth!
